2013 Driver Registration Now Available!

Lonnie Wheatley, DODGE CITY, Kan. (February 8, 2013) – With the 2013 Dodge City Raceway Park season opener little more than one month away, Driver Registration forms for this year are now available at the www.dodgecityraceway.com website.

Drivers planning on competing in any of the track’s regular divisions including the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars, Thunder Cars and Hornets may register in advance by filling out the form at http://www.dodgecityraceway.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/DCRP-2013-Registration.pdf.

Registration is mandatory to ensure the proper information for payout.  It also reserves a driver’s car number for the year and includes eligibility for the DCRP season points championship.

Dodge City Raceway Park kicks off the season on Saturday, March 30, with a 4:00 p.m. event featuring the initial championship chase event of the year with all five of the track’s regular classes including IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars and Thunder Cars on the 3/8-mile clay oval and wild and crazy Hornets on the inner quarter mile asphalt oval.

With 18 nights of competition at Dodge City Raceway Park in 2013 over the course of 14 weekends, special events will include TORC Off Road Trucks, World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, USAC Southwest Sprint Cars, $1,200-to-win Modified Nationals and URSS Sprint Cars.
