We are happy to announce Racing is coming back to Beaver!

Race fans we have been contacted by the Beaver County Fairboard to produce races during the opening night of their Fair which is Thursday Sept 9th at 7:30pm. 

Classes to be ran are not decided but we are working HOBBY vs THUNDER CARS and FACTORY STOCKS vs IMCA STOCKS. 

More info as soon as it becomes available.

We are probably going to add another class but we have a tight budget to work with and plenty of time to add another class. 

We knew we wanted to get the info out so people from that area could have some hope they could race in Beaver this year.   

Again the rumors are starting. 

This is simlple ……..All we are doing is trying to help a fair out while helping our own racers out that come to Dodge.  We are not going to open this place up other than the Fair. 

Amanda is the one that told them to call me.  She is a great little lady and we would not have even thought of this if they were going to have Amanda do it.  She said no and to call Ed Beckley – they did.

At first I said no . . . .  then I said well if we could do it on a weeknight to open the Fair.  He called me back and had that arranged in 2 hours today. This fairboard wants to have a race during their Fair. 

We are not doing anything other than trying to work something out for a cool little community and the area down there that has a bunch of racers that only started that track when the old DC Speedway closed. 

The fairboard gentleman that I was contacted by today told me  "if something is not done with this track they probably will be after us to take it out."  

That would hurt everyone and do nothing for racing. 

So one race during the Fair is all I am to do and that is if enuff sponsors step to the plate.
