NCRA Late Models

The NCRA and Dodge City Raceway Park have come together for an NCRA Late Model Stock Car date!   Saturday night, Augutst 15, the ground will shake when these Stock Cars hit the high banks of DCRP.  We have been working for two years to secure a date for the Late Models and we are proud to add another special event to our already exciting schedule!

NCRA President C.Ray Hall said,” We expect at least 40 cars to this event.  The Dodge City Raceway Park was one place these drivers wanted to go and we are proud to once again be coming back to the high banked Dodge City track and appluad Ed Beckley for making this happen.”

Beckley is happy about this also, ” Since the days of J.D. Martin and Van Gemmel Dodge City was always a place for some of the best stock car action ever.  Now it looks like at least Ted Martin(J.D.’s son) will have a chance to race one of these firebreathers on this new track.   Last year we were pressed for time and could not find a date in the schedule for this event being sanctioned thru the NCRA.  We did not want to bring in just any sanction group we were dedicated to bring our fans the best and that is why we waited till we could nail down an NCRA date and we know our fans will be jammed into this place ready to watch the some of the best dirt track Late Models burn this track up!”
