standsdcrp13Lonnie Wheatley, DODGE CITY, Kan. (August 31, 2013) – It’s time to pack the stands tonight at Dodge City Raceway Park as all residents of Ford County get into tonight’s racing action for free with proof of residency.

Tonight’s card features the popular racetrack’s championship chase divisions of IMCA Modifieds, United Wireless IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars and Thunder Cars on the 3/8-mile clay oval with the Hornets on the inner asphalt oval.

Racing action gets under way at 7:30 p.m.

Also among tonight’s action, the United Wireless IMCA Sport Modifieds will be racing for added money with an extra $500 added to the purse.  The payout for the top five positions has been increased for the night with the winner taking home $500.
