The future is looking even brighter for Tanner “TIGER” Mullens.  This weekend is the Chili Bowl Midget Races in Tulsa inside a huge building where they have nearly a full size 1/4 mile dirt track.  TIGER will be driving his second Chili Bowl race.

TIGER has signed a deal for the year with NINE RACING.  The team from NINE RACING is the same people that Tony Stewart drove for and they are the force to be reckoned with in Midget racing.  Steve Lewis the car owner was traveling thru last year and stopped by the race track in Dodge to see what we had done to the place.  Steve was on his way to California to a race and we got to talking midget racing and of course I got to tell him about my little buddie Tiger Mullens.

Most of you know by now that we have sent Tiger to Charlotte and Texas to race Legend Cars where he has the NASCAR guys all talking and he even ended up testing a NASCAR WHELEN LATE MODEL where he proved just how fast and talented he is.

Lewis was impressed with my account of his racing and talent and one thing led to another and we are proud to say NINE RACING will be taking the young hot shoe to the USAC midget races on asphalt and dirt and we think they have made a great choice.

Tiger is excited to say the least, ” We are going to the Chili Bowl in the best equipment and with the best team anyone could hope to have.  I am ready for this – I am so pumped and I want to thank everyone for their support!,” said Mullens.

TIGER Mullens – this kid has the talent, the family support, already a fan base, and most importantly the personality to launch himself into stardom.
