DCRP Joins Forces with Contingency ConnectionApril 14, 2016
That partnership kicked off with several certificates awarded at this past weekend’s Modified Stampede including a $500 certificate from Elgin Power Packages to race winner Cole Traugott, a $200 certificate from JE Pistons to runner-up Nick Link and a $150 certificate from K&N for third-place finisher David Murray.
For the remaining events in 2016, three booklets loaded with all variety of contingency certificates will be awarded each night. Each one of these booklets contains contingency awards worth in total more than $1,000.
“This is another way to show our appreciation to the drivers and teams that support Dodge City Raceway Park, it’s an incentive that I think everybody in the pit area can benefit from,” track promoter Tommie Estes, Jr., commented.

Dodge City Raceway Park kicked off the 2016 campaign with 94 cars filling the pits on opening night, April 2, with Round Two of action this past weekend, April 9.
DCRP action continues with a full slate of championship chase action including Precise Racing Products DCRP Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars and IMCA Hobby Stocks on Saturday night, April 23.
